Albanian cyclist 'fled the scene after killing pedestrian as he was worried he would be deported' 

Emir Loka, 23, originally from Albania, allegedly ran a red light and hit Peter McCombie, 72, while he was on his way home from the Royal London Hospital in Whitechapel on July 3, 2020.
