The aviation-related counters led the gains for the day. About 2.15-billion securities worth S$1.33-billion changed hands with advancers outnumbering stock losers, 268 to 223. Top performers for the day were SIA with 6.23% or S$0.33 in gains, SATS up by 3.43% or S$0.15, and YZJ Shipbuilding which went higher by about 2.50% or S$0.03.
