Spanish father drugged and killed his two daughters before throwing them into the ocean, say police

Spanish police allege Tomas Gimeno drugged and killed his daughters Anna, one, and Olivia, six, at his Tenerife home before putting their bodies in holdalls and throwing them into the sea.
