We don’t need a new kind of capitalism. We need to train women and minorities to succeed in this one. 99% of billion-dollar-entrepreneurs succeeded due to their skills. Capital, ideas, and good intentions are not enough. To grow, entrepreneurs need skills and smart strategies. Train them. Please.
