Is "likeability" a totally inherent trait or is it a cluster of behaviors? Probably a little of both. Basically anyone who acts selfishly, lies a lot or stirs up unnecessary drama is going to be a hard person to be around. At the same time, some behaviors feel rude but really aren't. For a shortcut into people's values, one good test is always the shopping cart theory of morality.
