The woman whose father killed himself after being shot by Moat tells how ITV drama brings back pain

Mia's (pictured) father was PC David Rathband, the traffic officer who was shot and blinded by 37-year-old Raoul Moat in 2010. Her father killed took his own life after the attack, when Mia was just 14.
