Olympian says letting trans athlete compete as a woman in London Marathon is 'wrong and unfair'

Glenique Frank, who ran the New York Marathon last November as a man called Glen, was permitted to take part in Sunday's mass race in London, crossing the line with a time of 4hr 11min 28sec.
